Leidos in Reston, VA is seeking a qualified Capture Manager to lead the full business development lifecycle for opportunities across Military Services markets. You will manage 2–3 large ($100M+) pursuits, develop capture plans, and coordinate cross-functional teams to win proposals.

The role requires a proven DoD Digital/IT capture track record, strong technical writing, and the ability to brief executives. Travel up to 50% and Top Secret clearance eligibility are expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of related experience or Master’s degree and 10+ years of prior relevant experience.
• Proven track record of successful capture management in enterprise IT for DoD.
• Experience leading teams in a virtual environment.
• Ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Develop a plan for securing knowledge of customer requirements during pursuit and lead planning sessions with the core team.
• Coordinate meetings with customers, competitors, and teammates to develop market insight on requirements and strategy.
• Plan and participate in capture activities, including gate reviews, workshops, and proposal reviews.
• Lead competitive assessments, teaming, and price-to-win efforts.
• Support the writing of white papers, RFIs, and other proposal artifacts.
• Apply Leidos capture planning processes and practices.
• Brief capture status to senior management at milestones and as needed.
• Mentor other program managers and rotational staff in capture management.
