Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior Capture Manager in Maryland with 15+ years of Federal pursuits experience to lead high-value strategy from qualified pursuit through award. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, refine win themes, and drive the capture plan with Account Managers and mission leaders.

The role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication, and the ability to obtain a Secret/TS clearance. Hybrid work in the National Capital Region is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 13+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven success leading and winning large federal pursuits.
• Experience building capture strategies and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the pursuit and lead capture plan, strategy and execution for large opportunities.
• Build customer and competitive pictures with account managers and mission leads.
• Translate insights into differentiated win themes and an executable capture plan.
• Orchestrate a cross-functional capture team and drive decisions and reviews.
• Shape a compelling solution addressing customer challenges with Leidos capabilities.
• Lead teaming and pricing strategy with pricing, contracts and finance.
• Convert strategy into a winning proposal with proposal leadership.
