Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 15+ years of relevant experience or Master's with 13+ years.
• Proven success leading large Federal pursuits, including >$50M TCV.
• Strong capture tradecraft across strategy, assessment, solutioning, teaming, pricing and proposal.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in IC and/or Department of War.
• Ability to synthesize insights into a clear win strategy.
• Leadership presence with ability to align teams and drive momentum.
• Executive, written and oral communication skills; TS/SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Own the pursuit and lead the capture plan, strategy and execution.
• Build the customer and competitive picture and refine strategy.
• Develop the strategy to win with differentiators and win themes.
• Orchestrate the cross-functional capture team and resources.
• Shape a compelling solution addressing mission challenges.
