SAIC is seeking a Senior Capture Manager to lead cross-functional pursuit teams for the Air Force, Space and Intelligence Business Group. The role focuses on strategy, win themes, and the end-to-end capture and proposal process to secure large DoD contracts.

The successful candidate will have a track record of managing complex captures over $50M and building relationships with customers and partners to shape opportunities, price to win, and compete effectively in a dynamic market.

Competenze

• 13+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• Proven ability to lead complex capture efforts and diverse teams.
• Experience selling SAIC capabilities and leading win strategy.
• Knowledge of GSA FEDSIM proposals and contracts desirable.
• Current knowledge of Air Force and DoD agencies and relationships.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have active TS with ability to obtain TS/SCI.
