• Experience leading and managing complex capture efforts.
• Experience executing all phases of capture, including shaping, proposals, and analyses.
• Strong internal and external client relationship development and maintenance.
• Experience in proposal development with DoW organizations and program offices.
• Proven leadership across teams to drive outcomes.
• Secret clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
