Job summary

Prescient Edge in McLean, VA seeks a Capture Manager RD&E to lead win strategies for DoD, IC, and Fed/Civ opportunities. You will develop capture plans, coordinate partnerships, and drive proposals from opportunity identification to submission, guiding a cross-functional team.

This role requires 3+ years in capture with DoD/IC and 1+ year with federal agencies, plus the ability to obtain a security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years demonstrated capture management, strategic planning, and management experience.
• Minimum of 1 year demonstrated, direct capture management experience with IC/DoD/Federal Civilian agencies.
• Knowledge of capture process and contract types (non-IDIQ, IDIQ, etc.).
• Demonstrated success in winning large (> $20M) capture efforts in DoD/IC/Fed/Civ markets.
• Ability to work independently and lead high-performing teams.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead major capture and proposal efforts (>$20M) to successful completion.
• Develop overall capture strategy, partnerships, business plans, and marketing.
• Coordinate with lines/accounts to align resources and manage B&P budgets.
• Lead win-strategy development sessions covering technical, management, teaming, past performance, staffing, pricing, etc.
• Prepare and lead Gate and Milestone Reviews and other reviews.
• Develop customer profiles and understand needs, issues, and biases.
• Collaborate with Operations Leaders and SMEs to develop competitive solutions.
