Qualifications

• Experience in business development, strategic sales, or commercial origination within industrial services.
• Demonstrated ability to build pipelines and win new business not previously in play.
• Proven track record engaging decision-makers with industrial end users, EPCs, or OEMs.

Responsibilities

• Originate and drive KSPS expansion into capital projects and construction services.
• Develop and manage a long-cycle pursuit pipeline across target markets and customers.
• Represent the voice of the market and translate intelligence into actionable strategies.
