Job summary

Koch Specialty Plant Services (KSPS) is seeking a Business Development Manager - Capital Construction to lead new market opportunities across national accounts. Based at one of our facilities in Baton Rouge, LA; Tulsa, OK; Houston, TX; or Wichita, KS, you will originate and drive expansion into capital projects, construction services, and complex mechanical execution.

Qualifications

Experience in business development within industrial services.
Proven ability to build pipelines and win new business.
Proven track record engaging decision-makers across EPCs, OEMs, or end users.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new market opportunities before formal demand exists — build a pipeline.
Develop and manage a long-cycle pursuit pipeline across target markets and customers.
Shape demand early in the customer planning cycle by engaging at pre-RFQ and FEL stages to influence scope.
Build relationships and map decision-makers across target owner/operators in power generation, LNG, and data centers.
Engage with EPCs, OEMs, and industry networks to develop new channels and partnerships.
Monitor industry trends and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities.
Bring the right SMEs into conversations to advance pursuits; partner across capabilities to integrate opportunities into execution plans.
