Koch Specialty Plant Services (KSPS) is seeking a Business Development Manager - Capital Construction to join our Commercial team. This role will originate and drive KSPS's expansion into capital projects, construction services, and broader mechanical execution, with a national footprint.

You will build long-cycle pipelines, engage with owner/operators, EPCs, and OEMs, and translate market intelligence into actionable growth strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development or strategic sales within industrial services.
• Proven ability to build pipelines and win new opportunities not previously in play.
• Comfort engaging decision-makers across owner/operators, EPCs, or OEMs.
