Job summary

Koch Specialty Plant Services (KSPS), a Koch Engineered Solutions Company, is seeking a Business Development Manager - Capital Construction. Based at one of our facilities in Baton Rouge, LA; Tulsa, OK; Houston, TX; or Wichita, KS, this role focuses on creating new opportunities and expanding KSPS's footprint in capital projects and turnkey services.

You will build pipelines, engage decision-makers across owner/operators, EPCs, and OEMs, and lead long‑cycle pursuits with national reach.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, strategic sales, or commercial origination within industrial services.
• Demonstrated ability to build pipelines and win new business.
• Proven track record engaging decision-makers with industrial end users, EPCs, or OEMs.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new market opportunities before formal demand exists, building a proactive pipeline.
• Develop and manage a long-cycle pursuit across target markets and customers.
• Shape demand early in the planning cycle and influence scope and positioning.
