Koch Business Solutions, LP is searching for a Business Development Manager - Capital Construction. The position will be based in Baton Rouge, LA, or other locations including Tulsa, OK, and Houston, TX. This role involves originating and driving KSPS's expansion into capital projects and construction services.

The ideal candidate will thrive on creating new opportunities and building long-term value through proactive customer engagement, rather than managing existing accounts. The role requires willingness to travel up to 50% nationally.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, strategic sales or commercial origination within industrial services.
• Demonstrated ability to build pipelines, sales plans and win business that was not previously in play.
• Proven track record engaging decision-makers with industrial end users, EPCs or OEMs.
• Comfort operating in long, ambiguous sales cycles (1-3+ years).
• Willingness to travel up to 50% nationally.
