Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 2-3 years in transportation/logistics, business administration, account management, or equivalent military experience.
• Ability to work across multiple shifts including nights and/or weekends if needed.
• Strong professional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to travel to account and customer locations as required.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain professional relationships with carriers/IC drivers for onboarding and productivity.
• Optimize operations and profitability using key performance indicators.
• Create and present customer-specific reporting and financial analysis.
• Manage inventory, assets, and carrier assignments to balance equipment.
• Handle payroll, Net-Revenue budget, invoicing, and related admin tasks.
• Coordinate yard duties and ensure preventive maintenance and safety issues are addressed.
• Serve as liaison among carriers, customers, and company personnel to resolve issues.
• Maintain safety culture by complying with regulations and policies.
• Plan loads, route and monitor freight to meet on-time requirements and adapt to schedules.
• Assist in training and mentoring team members and support special projects.
