Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED AND 2-3 years of experience in transportation/logistics, business administration, account management, &/or equivalent military experience.
• Ability to work across multiple shifts including nights and/or weekends if needed.
• Demonstrated customer service, accuracy, and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations and processing of inventory with internal controls.
• Maintain safe, clean, and efficient warehouse environment and coordinate with drivers and vendors.
• Track ETA adjustments and routing to meet customer requirements and schedules.
• Communicate safety standards and warehouse/shipping requirements to staff.
• Resolve service issues and coordinate with drivers on receipts, inventory, and safety.
• Perform administrative duties including payroll, budgeting, invoicing, and reporting.
• Support training and onboarding of personnel and temporary staff.
