The position emphasizes relationship building, timely reporting, and coordination with maintenance and customer teams to maximize efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1–2 years in transportation/logistics or equivalent military experience.
• Willingness to work across multiple shifts including nights and weekends as needed.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze information with accuracy and make informed decisions.
• Experience using Microsoft Office suite for reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain professional relationships with carriers/drivers to ensure productivity.
• Develop knowledge to optimize operations and profitability via KPIs.
• Create, maintain, and present customer-specific reporting and financial analysis.
• Manage inventory, assets, and carrier assignments to balance equipment in the market.
• Perform payroll, Net-Revenue budgeting, invoicing, and reporting tasks.
• Coordinate yard duties and maintenance scheduling to ensure reliability.
• Act as liaison to resolve service, routing, and payment issues promptly.
• Maintain safety culture by adhering to policies and regulations.
• Assign loads and plan routes to deliver on-time service.
