Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Defines business process requirements, researches alternatives, prepares presentations, drives solutions, gains consensus, tests and implements results.
• Analyzes customer requirements to develop customized solutions and provide alternatives.
• Provides informal training as part of implementation and may train customers.
• Generates and creates reports; researches data and reports trends to management.
• Collaborates with business partners and SMEs to document processes and SOPs.
