First American is seeking a Manager of Strategic Business Analysis to lead a team of BAs/BSAs and drive analysis across key initiatives. The role bridges between business users and technology teams to ensure project success, with responsibility for establishing a Center of Excellence for Business Analysis practices.

The candidate will mentor staff, manage performance, and collaborate with OCM, PMO, Product, Design and Eng., aligning roadmaps, budgets, and strategy while advancing digital

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. CBAP/IIBA certifications considered a plus.
• Experience as Lead BA or Business Analysis Manager with supervisory duties.
• Experience leading analysis for digital transformation in complex agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of BAs/BSAs leading analysis for programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and provide analysis support.
• Provide business analysis expertise and lead as Lead Analyst on initiatives.
• Mentor team in best practices for process improvement, data and product initiatives.
• Oversee documentation including API, process maps, business rules and user stories.
