Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2–5 years of directly related experience.
• Analytical skills to determine root cause and apply solutions.
• Ability to interview, formulate questions, and probe for deeper knowledge.
• Data management skills.
• General knowledge of business, production, and/or operation environment and cost awareness.
• Good written and oral communication skills to define parameters.
• Presentation skills.
• MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Defines business process requirements, researches alternatives, prepares presentations, drives solutions, gains consensus, tests, and implements solutions for a specific business need.
• Analyzes and gathers customer requirements to develop and implement customized solutions and provide alternatives.
• Provides informal training as part of an implementation process; may provide formal training to customers.
• With partners and SMEs, creates documentation of business processes, training procedures, and SOPs.
• Generate and create reports; research and analyze data and report trends to management/business partners.
