Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency seeks a Business Insurance Client Manager to manage a high-profile book, driving strategy, renewal and client deliverables. You will maintain relationships, prepare materials for client discussions, and support rate/coverage negotiations with the client team.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in business insurance, an active P&C license, and strong project management skills. Hybrid work arrangements available.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years prior experience in business insurance or client management.
• Advanced Degree in related field is a plus.
• Active Property & Casualty license is required.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a high-profile book of business with strategic client deliverables.
• Maintain and expand client relationships; inform team of significant changes.
• Prepare materials for client discussions and reviews; assist in rate/coverage negotiations.
• Provide new business and renewal support including renewals, submissions, and market communications.
• Deliver client presentations and participate in meetings as required.
• Support general service tasks including endorsements, audits, and contract reviews.
