Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency’s Business Insurance team seeks a client manager who is passionate about service, sustains strong relationships, and collaborates across teams to deliver tailored insurance solutions. The role emphasizes thoughtful client support, precise documentation, and proactive communication.

You will partner with carriers and colleagues to analyse coverage, prepare proposals, and manage accounts, while upholding high standards of integrity and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be a strong client service advocate with outstanding communication skills.
• Experience delivering high level customer service and building long-term client relationships.
• Comfort with coordinating cross-functional teams to support client needs.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming service requests with customers and carriers.
• Manage commercial accounts: negotiate renewals, prepare proposals, respond to inquiries, verify policies.
• Provide coverage analysis and recommendations to improve or add coverage.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the agency management system.
• Assist in up-sell and cross-sell opportunities with team members.
• Deliver effective customer service with the sales and service team.
• Follow policies, workflows and ensure proper file documentation.
