Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking a seasoned Business Insurance Client Executive in Columbus, GA. You will lead client deliverables, coordinate with internal teams, and manage carrier relationships to secure favorable renewals and proposals.

Ideal candidates bring 7–10 years in the field, strong project management, and professional designations. This role focuses on client strategy, collaboration with sales, and adherence to industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Advanced designation preferred (CIC, ARM, CRM, CPCU, AIDA).
• Advanced project management and organizational skills are essential.
• 7–10 years of experience in business insurance or related field.
• Licensing requirements: Property/Casualty license and annual CE.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to account teams for data entry into Agency Management System.
• Negotiate rate and coverage with carriers for renewals.
• Lead client deliverables, meetings, and proposals to meet client expectations.
• Build and nurture relationships with HR, Finance and C-suite stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Client Team to review tasks and deadlines; ensure timely deliverables.
• Prepare deliverables for client meetings and coordinate with Producers.
