Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking a Client Manager, Business Insurance to service a growing portfolio of clients. You will be the primary contact for questions, billing issues, policy changes, renewals, and risk management, while coordinating with client teams and producers to deliver best-in-class service.

This role emphasizes relationship building, timely communication, and growth support, with a hybrid schedule requiring in-office presence and strong collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Business Insurance.
• P&C license or ability to obtain in 90 days of employment.
• Insurance designations (i.e. INS, AAI, CISR) or demonstrated knowledge of Business Insurance coverages.
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
• Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
• Working towards CPCU, CIC, ARM, and/or AU designations or able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge and ability.
• Experience using EPIC.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with service and risk management needs.
• Manage relationships with clients, prospects, client teams and producers to provide best in class service and drive growth.
• Answer questions, resolve billing issues, make policy changes, respond to clients in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with renewals and remarketing/quoting for your clients.
