Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency seeks a Client Manager for the Business Insurance team. You will assist clients with service, risk management, and manage relationships with clients, prospects, and producers to drive growth.

The role requires a high school diploma, 3+ years in Business Insurance, and a P&C license; designations and ongoing development are encouraged. Hybrid work and a comprehensive benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Business Insurance.
• Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain in 90 days of employment).
• Insurance designations (i.e. INS, AAI, CISR) or demonstrated knowledge of Business Insurance coverages.
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience using Sagitta, EPIC, CSR24, ImageRight and Microsoft Word and Excel
• Prior experience working with Trucking clients a plus
• Working towards CPCU, CIC, ARM, and/or AU designations or able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge and ability.

Responsibilities

• Assist our clients with service and risk management needs and managing relationships with clients, prospects, client teams and producers to provide best in class service and drive growth.
• Serve as the client contact to answer questions, resolve billing issues, make policy changes, and respond to clients in a timely and professional manner.
