You will manage client relationships, coordinate with Producers, and utilize tools like Reference Connect and Playbook to deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Advanced degree experience a plus (RMIN, Finance, Accounting).
• Advanced professional designations preferred (CIC/ARM/CRM/CPCU/AIDA).
• Manages a book of business with sales collaboration.
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to the account team for data entry and client deliverables.
• Lead strategy and ownership of client deliverables and meetings.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders across levels.
• Coordinate with Client Team on tasks, deadlines and upcoming projects.
• Prepare or coordinate client meeting deliverables and proposals.
