Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency in Athens, GA seeks a Business Insurance Client Account Executive to build client and carrier relationships, develop service plans, and manage renewals with a focus on cross-selling and seamless administration.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and travel to client sites; a bachelor’s degree and relevant insurance experience are preferred. Hybrid work and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related training.
• Strong client relation skills and excellent communication.
• Leadership ability to direct, give feedback, and motivate others.
• Comfort with travel and in-person client engagement.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and office software.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain key client and carrier relationships by phone, email and in person.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive client service plan for all accounts.
• Coordinate internal/external activities for renewals and new business.
• Seek cross-sell opportunities and present renewal options to clients.
• Lead marketing efforts and present options to clients when applicable.
• Complete implementation and deliver all forms to clients with team support.
• Schedule relationship management meetings and visits with clients.
• Assist clients with service questions on administration, billing, and claims.
