The role requires 7–10 years of experience, a bachelors degree or equivalent, professional designations, and strong project management and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in business insurance or client exec roles.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Advanced designation (CIC/ARM/CRM/CPCU/AIDA) preferred and license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to the account team for data entry and client deliverables.
• Lead negotiations on rate and coverage for renewals and quotes.
• Drive client strategy, stewardship, and meetings with stakeholders.
• Build relationships with HR, Finance, and C-suite; align with client style.
• Coordinate with Client Team on tasks, deadlines and upcoming projects.
• Prepare deliverables for client meetings; present with Producer.
• Oversee tools and resources to tailor solutions to client direction.
• Support new business production, including RFP coordination and design.
