Marketing.com is seeking a Business Development Representative to develop and implement tactical strategies to grow customers and sales. You will partner with management to achieve revenue objectives and collaborate with multiple teams across marketing and operations.

This role emphasizes relationship-building, proposal development, and market expansion, with opportunities to present at events and influence branding efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field.
• Two years of previous management experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Email.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints; Job Shop knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops strategies for tactical marketing plans to win large-scale jobs and expand current business.
• Conducts business presentations and assists in developing sales proposals; provides input on designs.
• Collaborates with all teams on new project strategies.
• Participates in key sales events and trade shows to promote capabilities and grow market share.
• Maintains customer and vendor relationships; follows up on opportunities.
• Works with Estimating and Project Management to ensure bids go out and customers are represented.
