Job summary

Marketing.com is seeking a Business Development Representative in Hagerstown to develop and implement strategies to grow customers and expand sales. The role partners with management to achieve new business revenue objectives and represents the company at events and trade shows.

You will build strong customer and vendor relationships, aid in proposals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to pursue large-scale opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field.
• Two (2) years of management experience a plus.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Email.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints; knowledge of Job Shop preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops strategies for marketing plans and long-range goals to win large projects.
• Conducts business presentations and assists in proposals; guides creative inputs.
• Works with all teams on new project strategies.
• Represents the company at key sales events and trade shows to grow market share.
• Maintains customer and vendor relationships and follows up on opportunities.
• Coordinates with Estimating and Project Management to ensure bids are issued as requested.
