Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive product line growth within existing customer accounts. You will prospect, cold call, set appointments, present programs, and work to meet a sales quota while transporting samples for presentations.

Responsibilities include collaborating with the Sales Manager, using sales tools, and developing an annual strategy to achieve targets and budget. Requires a valid driver’s license and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed revenue goals and sales activity targets.
• Prospect, cold call, set appointments, and present programs.
• Leverage relationships with service representatives to grow sales and profits.
• Develop annual sales and marketing strategies and allocate budget.
