TCI Transportation is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to expand our Dedicated Transportation, Leasing, Maintenance, and Logistics services. You will generate new business, build partnerships, and present customized solutions tailored to each client’s needs.

The role emphasizes strategic account development, ROI analysis, and owning the sales cycle from discovery to close, with base salary plus commissions.

Competenze

• 5+ years of commercial/heavy fleet leasing and rental business development and maintenance service sales.
• Strong ability to generate new business and close complex sales opportunities.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Generate New Business by identifying, prospecting, and developing relationships with new customers.
• Build Trusted Partnerships by understanding operational challenges and delivering customized transportation solutions.
