Responsibilities

• Achieve revenue, margin, and gross profit targets set by Sales Director.
• Explain local program spending ROI to maximize profits.
• Analyze and project quarterly and monthly business for the territory.
• Provide the team with conflict resolution and remove performance obstacles.
• Identify market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
