Job summary

Boyd Corp is seeking a Business Development Executive to join our sales team and drive revenue growth in the manufacturing sector. You will identify new customers, nurture relationships, and articulate Boyd’s value across solutions and services to win opportunities.

Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations, travel as needed (including international), and leverage Salesforce to manage pipeline and quotes from initial contact to win.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 4-5 years in technical sales in manufacturing.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with CRM software and sales tools.
• Willingness to travel, including international.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expanding into new markets and industries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
• Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, product development, and operations.
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and best practices to inform sales strategies and decision‑making.
• Develop and execute strategies for increased customer penetration by selling additional products and services to all customer divisions.
• Directly engage at customer locations to win incremental business and establish relationships with multiple management levels.
