Boyd is seeking a Business Development Executive to join our sales team. You will identify new customers within the manufacturing sector, build strong relationships, and provide solutions that demonstrate Boyd’s capabilities.

The role reports to the VP of Sales and involves educating customers, expanding existing business, and improving overall sales performance across segments. Travel to customer sites, collaboration with marketing and product teams, and active participation in strategic growth

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 4-5 years related experience or equivalent in a technical selling role within manufacturing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate with clients and stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker focused on driving business growth and market expansion.
• Experience developing sales strategies, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Proficient with CRM software and sales tools to track performance and relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Willingness to travel, including internationally.
