Job summary

SourcePro Search, LLC in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking a Director of Business Development to accelerate growth with Fortune 1000 clients. This hybrid role requires in-office presence in Pleasanton at least three days per week and a track record of driving multi-million revenue through strategic account plans.

You will lead entry strategies, prospecting campaigns and cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet customer objectives and drive long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years of direct B2B sales experience calling on Fortune 1000 companies.
• Clear history of new business development selling professional services.
• Large volume sales experience ($250k plus per sale).
• Experience with broad range of sales cycles (three to six to twelve months).
• History of career stability with a maximum of jobs 4 in the last ten years.
• Compensation derived through highly leveraged commissions and bonuses.
• Demonstrated track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential accounts, develop an entry strategy, conduct prospecting campaigns, build relationships and coordinate with SMEs to deliver solutions that meet the customer’s business objectives.
