Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC in Cincinnati, OH, seeks a Business Development Associate to drive new business opportunities across assigned markets. You will prospect, build relationships, and collaborate with branch leaders and operations to execute sales plans and meet revenue targets.

Responsibilities include market canvassing, CRM upkeep, developing customer-specific solutions, attending networking events, and working through the full sales cycle from initial contact to close.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED; bachelor’s preferred.
• 5+ years of prior sales experience in a relevant industry.
• Experience_building relationships and influencing decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Develop a Sales Plan with Branch Manager for each territory.
• Prospect and canvas markets to create new opportunities.
• Build out CRM with all projects per market and manage accounts.
• Develop customer-specific solutions and lead sales opportunities.
• Drive the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
• Participate in networking events and industry organizations.
