Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC seeks a Client Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring renewal, retention, growth, and profitability. You will align with production to deliver safe, quality work and own client communication from onboarding through ongoing service.

Responsibilities include maintaining SLAs, driving account strategy, and coordinating with sales and operations. Travel to client sites and after-hours events may be required.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in operations, customer service, or related field.
• Willingness to travel to company office and client locations; attend after-hours events when necessary.
• Strong accountability, judgment, and ability to initiate actions within established guidelines.
• Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills and professional demeanor.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains relationships and direct communication with all levels of client organizations to ensure high quality and service expectations are met.
• Assist in developing account-specific visions, strategies, and creative solutions; monitor profitability and drive retention and growth.
• Serve as primary escalation for client concerns; coordinate with customer service when needed.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess expectations and performance of maintenance teams.
• Identify, estimate, and present opportunities for new business and enhancements.
• Coordinate with Sales and Operations to ensure smooth client transitions and timely billing; communicate plans with production daily.
