Stride, Inc. seeks a Strategic Business Development Advisor to expand enterprise and government markets by crafting territory and account engagement strategies.

The role requires independent judgment to identify opportunities, prioritize accounts, and advise leadership on market trends and pipeline development. You will partner with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Strategic Account Advisors to optimize growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business development or related client-facing role.
• Ability to prioritize work, manage territory strategy, and exercise sound business judgment.
• Experience analyzing customer organizations and developing strategic engagement plans.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive audiences.
• Experience using CRM systems, sales engagement platforms, and business productivity software.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory-specific prospecting and account engagement strategies.
• Analyze target markets, trends, and competitive activity to identify high-value opportunities.
• Determine outreach priorities based on account potential and buying readiness.
• Design multi-channel engagement approaches (email, phone, LinkedIn, referrals, events).
• Maintain pipeline health and provide leadership with market insights.
