You will manage the full sales lifecycle, from opportunity identification to award and execution, focusing on synthetic turf, athletic facilities, and related solutions. Responsibilities

• Develop and grow business within an assigned geographic territory, accountable for pipeline and revenue growth.
• Identify, qualify, pursue, and close new projects in sports construction and related solutions.
• Build relationships with schools, universities, municipalities, and facility owners.
• Conduct in-person sales calls, site visits, and value-based selling conversations.
• Manage customer relationships through the sales lifecycle from prospecting to transition to project execution.
