First Horizon Corporation is seeking a Senior Business Banking Relationship Manager to develop and manage a portfolio of small to midsized business clients. You will provide a full range of banking services, identify opportunities, and coordinate loan underwriting and closings.

The role emphasizes building strong client relationships, delivering financial solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve growth targets across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required. Four-year college degree and 3–5 years of experience or equivalent combination.
• Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups to manage customer relationships.

Responsabilités

• Makes retention and business development calls on existing and potential customers.
• Develops new customer prospects and business for the Bank.
• Maintains prospect lists and pipeline; coordinates loan processes and closings.
• Cross-sell and present loan products; structure deals and obtain underwriting approval.
• Builds and manages a high-value small business portfolio and develops regional strategy.
