Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3–10 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in business banking and credit know-how.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value clients through proactive outreach and client-focused solutions.
• Serve as trusted financial advisor by understanding each client’s goals and needs.
• Recommend and deliver customized solutions, including credit and deposits, with internal partners.
• Lead client conversations with credit knowledge and structured banking solutions.
• Collaborate with Credit, Treasury Management, and specialty banking partners for integrated service.
• Partner with relationship team on loan structuring, underwriting, and closing docs.
• Drive growth through deposits, loans, and fee income; meet sales and retention goals.
• Maintain a strong community presence to generate referrals and relationships.
• Stay informed on market trends impacting clients and act as a resource.
• Monitor portfolios for changes in financial status and product needs.
• Ensure regulatory and internal policy compliance; complete required training on time.
• Mentor peers and model team-based collaboration.
