• 1 year minimum in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Solid understanding of core business products and services and how business needs vary by industry/market.
• Strong communication skills with clients and internal partners.
• Ability to balance client needs with risk and elevate when needed.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 100–130 business clients with $1–$5M annual revenue; provide business deposits, cash management, and credit opportunities up to $500k.
• Deliver customized business banking solutions to meet client financial needs.
• Identify and promote solutions that optimize portfolio profitability and client value.
• Conduct in-person calls with prospects and clients at their place of business; review strategies with manager.
• Cultivate new business relationships and identify opportunities for primary banking relationships.
• Connect clients with Chase Wealth Management, Home Lending, and Branch partners to meet financial goals.
• Support branches and uphold risk management and regulatory compliance.
