Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Business Relationship Manager in our Business Banking segment, focusing on helping clients grow through financial solutions and education. You will manage a portfolio of 100-130 business clients with revenue between $1M and $5M, delivering cash management and credit opportunities while maintaining risk controls.

You will regularly meet clients at their business locations, build long-term relationships, and collaborate with Wealth Management, Home Lending, and Branch

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending.
• Knowledge of business credit and core banking products.
• Strong communication with clients and internal partners.
• Ability to balance client needs with firm risks and issues.
• Ability to prioritize daily tasks to meet business objectives.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain 100-130 business clients with $1–$5M annual revenue.
• Provide tailored business banking solutions and cash management.
• Identify and promote financial solutions respecting client goals and risk.
• Conduct in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and clients at their locations.
• Develop long-term banking relationships and pursue new clients.
• Collaborate with partners across lines of business to meet client needs.
• Support branches and follow risk management protocols to protect the firm.
