Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Strong knowledge of deposit and cash management products and services, and knowledge of business credit underwriting.
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate clients' issues, own problems on clients' behalf, and follow through with commitments.
• Strong relationship-building and excellent communication skills with individuals at all levels, internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Manage, retain and deepen a portfolio of approximately 100 business clients with annual revenue >$5 million; provide deposit and cash management solutions and credit opportunities up to $15 million.
• Deliver customized business banking solutions tailored to clients' financial needs and circumstances.
• Identify and promote solutions leveraging knowledge of business, finance, banking, credit, and risk management.
• Conduct in-person/virtual calls with clients, referrals, and centers of influence to cultivate long-term relationships.
• Understand owners' personal financial goals and partner with Branch, Wealth Management and Private Bank to deliver appropriate personal solutions.
• Onboard clients with treasury products and ensure end-to-end delivery of new accounts and services; follow up for additional needs and digital capabilities.
• Protect the firm by following risk management protocols and regulatory requirements.
