You will help clients with deposits, cash management, and credit opportunities while focusing on experience and risk management. Responsibilities include acquiring and growing a portfolio of 100-130 clients with $1-5 million in revenue, delivering customized banking solutions, and coordinating with specialists

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience
• Knowledge of business credit and core business products/services; industry context preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external partners
• Ability to balance client needs with firm risk and know when to elevate
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 100-130 business clients with $1-5M in revenue
• Provide tailored business banking solutions, deposits, cash management, and credit opportunities up to $500k
• Deliver customized financial advice focused on client experience and risk management
• Conduct in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and clients; review strategies with the manager
• Identify new business opportunities and cultivate long-term primary banking relationships
• Collaborate with partners across Chase Wealth Management and Home Lending to meet client goals
• Support branches and uphold sound risk management and regulatory compliance
