Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Business Relationship Manager I in Business Banking to manage a portfolio of 70–90 business clients with annual revenue between $1–$5 million.

You will deliver tailored financial solutions, education, and advice to improve client outcomes and risk management. You will regularly meet clients on-site and with COIs to expand relationships while coordinating with Chase Wealth Management and other partners to meet client goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• General business knowledge including business credit and core products/services.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and internal partners.
• Ability to balance client needs with firm risk and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 70–90 business clients with annual revenue of $1–$5 million.
• Provide tailored business banking solutions, deposits, cash management, and credit opportunities up to $500,000.
• Deliver an outstanding client experience with comprehensive financial solutions.
• Conduct in-person calls with clients, COIs, and prospects to develop relationships and strategies.
• Collaborate with partners across lines of business to meet client financial needs.
• Support branches and adhere to risk management and regulatory requirements.
