CRE Finance Council is seeking an ambitious Business Banking Relationship Manager in Boca Raton to work directly with the Managing Partner. This role centers on business development, prospecting, and building relationships with bankers, CPAs, attorneys, private equity, and other referral partners to originate commercial financing opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in client-facing business banking or lending with business owners.
• Understanding of financing needs and basic credit assessment.
• Strong communication, prospecting, and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfort with cold outreach, networking, and developing new relationships.
• Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, organized, and initiative-driven.
• Existing referral networks are a plus.
• Familiarity with working capital, ABL, factoring, equipment financing, or CRE financing is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Build and manage a pipeline of referral relationships and prospective transactions.
• Generate financing opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and in-person meetings.
• Assist in evaluating and underwriting transactions via financial statement review and cash flow analysis.
• Work with borrowers, lenders, and capital providers to structure and execute financing.
• Collaborate with the Managing Partner on growth strategies and new partnerships.
