Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in small business/commercial lending.
• Minimum of 1 year in cross-selling and meeting aggressive sales goals.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted financial advisor and primary client contact for Business Banking relationships.
• Drive growth by understanding client business, industry trends, and requirements.
• Educate clients on KeyBank capabilities and how products impact their business (cash management, payments, equipment finance).
• Maintain an active prospecting effort and a COI referral network.
• Assemble cross-functional teams to respond to requests and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Partner with Credit for credit decisions and manage portfolio risk and performance.
