Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 3 years in small business/commercial lending.
• Minimum 1 year cross-selling experience and meeting sales goals.
• Strong understanding of risk management and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Be the trusted financial advisor and primary contact for clients.
• Grow new relationships and expand existing client portfolios.
• Educate clients on KeyBank capabilities and products.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Credit for credit decisions and portfolio management.
