• Drive growth by understanding client business and industry trends
• Educate clients on Key's capabilities and banking solutions (cash management, payments, equipment financing)
• Maintain active prospecting and COI referrals to develop new relationships
• Assemble cross-functional teams to respond to client requests and identify cross-sell opportunities
• Lead credit processes and ensure portfolio quality and sound risk assessment
