Job summary

KeyBank in Idaho is seeking a Business Banking Relationship Manager to act as the trusted advisor and primary contact for clients, offering core banking solutions to meet needs and exceed service expectations.

You will focus on acquiring new relationships and growing existing ones, build a COI referral network, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage risk with Credit while driving revenue and asset quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (required).
• 3+ years in small business/commercial lending (required).
• 1+ year cross-selling products and meeting sales goals (required).

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted financial advisor and primary client contact.
• Grow new relationships and expand existing portfolios.
• Educate clients on Key's capabilities (cash management, payments, etc.).
• Prospect actively and develop COI referral network.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to respond to requests.
• Partner with Credit for credit decisions and risk assessment.
