Job summary

Proformance Builder Solutions is seeking an Account Manager to own and grow builder relationships across the assigned branch territory. You will drive new community starts, protect gross margins, and mentor the Sales Rep in your territory.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in new construction sales or account management within residential trades, with established builder relationships. Compensation is commensurate with experience and tied to performance.

Qualifications

• CRM proficiency is required to manage pipelines and opportunities.
• Strong relationships with builders and managers in the territory are essential.
• Experience in new construction sales or account management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow all active builder accounts within the assigned branch territory.
• Drive new community starts within existing builder accounts and maintain relationships with superintendent, purchasing, and construction management.
• Protect blended gross margin by guiding spot-lot and turnkey mix across territory jobs.
• Independently prospect and develop new builder relationships within the territory.
• Manage pipeline in CRM with weekly updates: opportunities, proposals, close dates.
• Coordinate with Inside Sales Manager on proposal turnaround and community setup.
• Mentor Sales Rep in territory with ride-alongs and pricing coaching.
